Hi received my first two orders few days ago. Since its my first order ‚leaving a quite a long review. Packaging OMG its layered and layered, took 45 minutes to unpack, so well packed, no breakage. Products are class apart, each piece is so pretty and classy Thank you. And also wanted to add this the live doesnt do any justice to the awsome pieces.

Just received my parcel and I really have to say this.... Your packing of these fragile pieces is no joke!! I am so impressed by how each item was triple covered by bubble wrap then styrofoam wrap, even the handles were separately wrapped as they tend to be easily breakable.... The whole box padded so well!!! Also such beautiful mugs, beautiful finish, beautiful sheen, so well made!! Thank you so much!! I initially felt the shipping handling charges but it really is well deserved!
