We don’t accept returns for the simple fact that the items are fragile and likely to break if not packed properly and we cannot expect customers to repack them the way we do for safe transit. Incase of any damage during transit, we will refund the price of that item or send a replacement if we have the same piece available. In order to make a claim, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product with videos and images of the damaged product which are clear. If more than one product is damaged, please send us individual images as well as combined images of the products highlighting the damaged part. Also please attach your invoice in the same email.
    Any intrinsic features like tiny air bubbles, slight streaking of the glaze, slight smudge, tiny bumps or glaze missing in some spots are common in handmade ceramics. No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.

    In wooden products there maybe some wooden knots or colour striation or slight texture which are again a natural phenomena and not a defect.

    All our products are handmade by artisans, hence please keep that in mind before raising a concern. Also slight variations in colour are possible from what you see on the screen.
