    Are your products microwave, oven and dishwasher safe?

    All our stoneware and porcelain products are microwave and oven safe. All products except handpainted ones are dishwasher safe as well. Please use a liquid dishwash and a soft sponge to wash your ceramicware to maintain its lustre and colour over time. It is natural for cutlery to leave some scuff marks on ceramicware. You can use a small amount of baking soda mixed with water to gently rub it using a micro fibre cloth. Wash with soap thoroughly and do not leave the baking soda on the surface over a period of time. Please use a layer of paper/plastic/cloth inbetween your ceramicware to prevent scratches over time.

    Are you products lead and free of any harmful chemicals?

    All our products are absolutely safe and free of any sort of toxins or lead.

    Where are you based out of? Do you have a physical store?

    Our warehouse is based in Delhi. We don’t have a physical store.

    Can I change my shipping address after an order has been placed?

    My purchase is a gift, can you send the order without an invoice?

    Yes, we can. You can add a note on the checkout page to not include the invoice in your order or you can also contact us with your order ID and we will be happy to assist you.

    Yes, it can be gift-wrapped unless it’s a larger order. Please add your comment in the note section while placing the order and the team will get in touch to collect the gift wrap charges.
